The schedule
Might be looking for a literate proofreader.
Candidates are required to be well versed in classical literature (Greek, Latin), in the classics of Russian, French, German, Italian, Spanish, English, and American literature. A rich vocabulary is a plus. Knowledge of the Romanian language is not required.
But, like I said, I might. It can take a while, I need to get my things straight.
The works, in the order they will be posted:
-Namaste (pdf)
- Romanians in Japan (extract) by Andrei Plesu
- From Egypt by Rosetti
- Fairy tales/ children stories
- Eliade/ Noica/ Blaga
Should be finished with these in two and a half months.
So, happy to be here, thanks for the encouragements, hope we'll have a great time together you crazy people.
Tell me what genres you would like to read more of. Romanians, like Russians, are more serious writers with inclinations towards realism. Meaning you'll find very, very few SF, horror, thriller writers, and such. Scarce even on comedy, with only a few pillars, but when we do write it, it almost levels up to the English one.
Well, that's about it.
